I couldn't believe my luck when they upgraded us to a room on the 22nd floor with a breathtaking view of the mountains and partial ocean. Unfortunately, there was a shut-out blind, but the room now boasts full-sized balconies with cozy patio chairs and tables, making the stay extra special.

My stay at the hotel was truly a mix of ups and downs. The rooms, despite not fully matching the booking description, were surprisingly spacious and had all the facilities one could require. The pool right outside my room (228) was a great bonus. However, there were some issues with the service and location that impacted my overall experience.
